Daisy Graze produce a range of completely homemade preserves. Based in the village of Dinas Powys in the picturesque Vale of Glamorgan, these hand cut, small batch delicacies are made from foraged and home grown ingredients whenever possible.
Having developed a relationship with local orchards, farms and villagers, ingredients are picked, plundered and gathered from the local and surrounding area which means natures seasonal bounty is preserved to be enjoyed throughout the year.
As an independent small business Daisy Graze creates Artisan Jams, Jellies, Chutneys as well as oil and vinegars made seasonally by traditional methods and sometimes with a contemporary twist.
